4/7/20 - I Can See The Light

It's crunch time!  There is less than three weeks to go until I call this film done!  I have all my shots organized into 3 categories: unfinished, finished, and polished.  Right now most are still unfinished, but a lot of them just need a quick fix.  My plan is to knock out all of the shots that really need work throughout this week and start moving them to the "Finished" category.  Next week I will make the final mix of the music and finish up all those shots that just need one or two tweaks.  Finished means that everything necessary is in.  My schedule has all of my shots in the finished category by the 21st, which is our last milestone before the release. The film could be considered done, but then I will still have a few extra days to really push my best shots to the next level.

I have also thought about using those last few days to relentlessly promote it, which I need to look into.  It's actually kind of nice that people are mostly staying home right now because there might be some people that watch it who never would have seen it at Fuse.  Right now I think I will release it on YouTube.  It seems to get the most views and my trailer did pretty well on there.  Also that's a platform that I would like to put more work on in the future, so it will be nice to start growing an audience.

I'm going to hold off on showing any more shots on here until it is done.  Things are really coming together and I'm excited to share soon!
