2/13/20 - Steady Progress
This past week I have consistently worked more on my film and did a few odds and ends that I had been meaning to get to for awhile. Sometimes it can be frustrating when things take longer than expected, but I try to keep in mind that I was going to run into rough spots no matter what, and all the time I spend fixing them may feel like lost time during that day, but I was going to have to do it at some point.
The other day I spent a good amount of time thinking I was going to have to re-create the rig for my most complex 2D character because I couldn't scale him to fit the composition without completely destroying the rig. But after hours of digging through online forums I found out that I just had to click one button in "advanced settings" before I scaled. Welcome to the life of an animator.
This milestone is sort of the last little milestone before I turn in a lot of important shots next week, but for now check out my progress on one of the final shots, my progress on weight painting the hands, and a simple shot that is technically the first shot to be 100% done!
